By accessing or using ClearTune, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
2. The Service
ClearTune provides automated audio processing tools that may modify characteristics such as loudness, clarity, tonal balance and dynamic range.
Processing results depend on the source audio, and ClearTune does not guarantee that every file will sound better after processing.
3. Your Audio and Rights
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights or permission necessary to upload and process any audio submitted to ClearTune.
You must not use ClearTune to process content in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
4. Temporary Processing
Uploaded and generated audio files are temporarily processed in order to provide the service.
ClearTune does not currently provide permanent storage or backup of processed files.
You are responsible for downloading and retaining any processed file you wish to keep.
5. Usage Limits
ClearTune may enforce limits on file size, audio duration, request frequency and simultaneous processing jobs.
These limits may change in order to maintain service reliability and prevent abuse.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, exploit, bypass security controls, automate abusive requests or interfere with the normal operation of ClearTune.
7. Availability
ClearTune may be changed, suspended, restricted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, infrastructure or other operational reasons.
8. No Warranty
ClearTune is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every audio file or a particular enhancement result.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClearTune and its operators will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
Users should retain their original files and should not rely on ClearTune as an audio storage or backup service.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as ClearTune develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
